........Christmas Party Reservation Form

The annual BASMA club Christmas party will be held on Saturday December 13th, the location is the Lyndora American Legion hall again this year. Back again this year will be Joe’s reverse raffle! After some adjustments to the process last year it went much better. All members will be given a chance to win, but you have to be present at the Christmas party to win the full $500 prize! If you are not present, you will win 50% of the grand prize. If you are one of the final three members still in the drawing at the final stretch and are present at the party, you may decide to split the prize if all remaining finalists agree to split.

Every club member who is on our roster as of the November general meeting will be eligible for the drawing. In addition to your one entry for being a member, you will be given an extra chance for every monthly meeting you attended from January through October of this year.
There will also be door prizes, music by DJ Jan Smith,
dinner by Fairground Market, and more!

Make plans to come and join your fellow club members and guests for a fun evening of socializing and you never know, you may leave a winner!! This event is open to your family and friends, as well as other car clubs and their members. We can always use extra help for the party, if you can assist it would be greatly appreciated. Any door prizes that you could provide would also be helpful.

CLUB MILESTONE! On November 8th 1984 BASMA officially became a non-profit corporation, Butler Area Street Machine Association, Inc. Principal officers at that time were, President Mark McKinney,
Vice President Joe Pierrel, Treasurer, Patrice Palermo
and secretary Dave Harkins.
The certification was signed on September 27th 1984 by
President Mark McKinney and attested by secretary Dave Harkins.
